Yeliz is known for being a connector, for her ambition, and groundbreaking ideas, and for being a spokesperson for topics like inclusivity, equality, and women’s rights. With a background in Communication and Fashion Styling, she obtained her first job as an editor at Marie Claire NL. In the years after, she gained experience by working as a magazine editor for both print and online. Besides working for magazines, she also worked for fashion brands as a freelance social media creative and consultant. She eventually became the Deputy Editor-in-Chief for Glamour, Editor-in-Chief for Linda Meiden, and attained her biggest professional achievement yet by being appointed as the Editor-in-Chief for Vogue NL in beginning 2022 until July 2024.
She has since moved on to new ventures and launched her book in October 2024, “Alles is Mogelijk”. Additionally, she is extending her personal brand by being a speaker on empowerment, equality, and inclusivity topics, where she is a frequently asked guest at multiple national talk shows and a motivational speaker for brands & companies to share her life and work experience to empower and inspire people. Moreover, she is the co-founder of the 'Female Initiative Business Academy', where she inspires women about everything in the creative business field, furthering her commitment to empowering women in various industries. Being her own example of the effect of empowerment, you can imagine that everything Yeliz has achieved until now will not be the least. Yeliz Çiçek has been signed with Scala Management since 2023.
